The Saddleback Valley Christian Warriors (17-5, 6-0) had their way with the Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles (18-3, 3-2) in a lopsided 67-34 San Joaquin League victory on January 8.
Now it’s time for the rematch.
Since their win over the Eagles, the Warriors have rattled off five consecutive wins to take a commanding lead in the league standings.
The five-game win streak for the Warriors has been impressive, with 101- and 110-point performances against Orangewood Academy and Eastside Christian on January 10 and January 17, respectively.
The Eagles enter the game riding a three-game win streak and will jump into a tie for second place with a victory.
