Three JSerra prep sports teams will be in action this week as part of the CIF-SS Championships. Here is a breakdown of each team’s bracket along with an outlook on the future.
Girls Basketball (Division 4AA)
2/14: JSerra (Tinity No. 2) vs. San Marino (Rio Honda No. 3, at JSerra, 7 p.m.
If the Lions advance they will play the winner of Workman vs. Banning in the second round on Saturday, February 16 at 7 p.m.
Boys Basketball (Division 4AA)
2/13: JSerra (Trinity No. 3) vs. Whitney (Academy No. 3), at Whitney, 7 p.m.
If the team advances they will play the winner of Workman vs. Valley Christian-Cerritos in the second round on Friday, February 15 at 7 p.m.
Boys Soccer (Division 1)
2/15: JSerra (Trinity No. 2) vs. Valley View (Inland Valley No. 3), at JSerra, 5 p.m.
If the Lions advance they will play the winner of Millikan vs. Edison in the second round on Wednesday, February 20 at 5 p.m.
