The Shea Center, which provides therapeutic riding programs in San Juan Capistrano, has announced a new financial aid program specifically for past or present military families with special needs members.

The funds were made available following a donation from Reach Out OC, a fund organized by Orange County Community Foundation, which provides grants to local nonprofits.

Eligible families include those with a member who has served or is currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Special needs clients can take advantage of the financial aid program to participate in the Shea Center’s riding programs.
