You’ve seen Dan Finnerty before. Time and time again, Finnerty shows up to make incredible cameos in modern comedy classics. Whether it was as the infamously inappropriate wedding singer in Old School singing his “colorful” version of “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” or as singers in Starsky & Hutch and The Hangover, Finnerty plays the rogue singer well.

Finnerty brings The Dan Band Holiday Show, full of those hijinks and more, to the Coach House on Dec. 3.

The Dan Band started when Finnerty drunkenly sang a version of “I Am Woman,” and clearly the shtick has earned many fans. The band has shown up on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ellen and more. Finnerty’s act is so popular, Steven Spielberg signed on to executive produce a one-hour concert special, “The Dan Band: I Am Woman.”

The Dan Band is preparing to release their third album, but before they drop those tunes, catch them at the Coach House. The show starts at 8 p.m., and tickets start at $35. Buy them at www.thecoachhouse.com.
