San Juan Capistrano’s filmmakers-in-residence, Robert Kline and Stephanie Heredia, are inviting the community to attend their annual pre-Oscars celebration, “A Night at the Oscars,” on Thursday, Feb. 19 starting at 7 p.m.

The Regency Theatre, located at 26762 Verdugo Street in San Juan Capistrano, will host an evening of Oscar-nominated films, award predictions, storytelling insights by Kline and Heredia, film clips and more. All attendees will receive a ballot to vote for their Oscar predictions. Prior to the event, guests can mingle at Rick’s Café and Wine Bar à la Casablanca.

Tickets cost $15 at the door or can be purchased online for $16, including a purchasing fee. Online tickets can be purchased by clicking here.

The 87th Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, Feb. 22.
