A subject in a Jeep Cherokee was seen “mooning” people.

A woman thought she saw someone with a dog she had lost five months ago.

A patrol check was requested for a white truck that appeared to be casing the neighborhood.

A woman was reportedly pounding on a home’s the back fence.

ROBBERY IN PROGRESS
Camino Capistrano, 31900 Block (1:15 p.m.)
An elderly woman said her purse was stolen.

DISTURBANCE
Calle Santa Rosalia/Calle La Bomba (10:43 a.m.)
Subjects were seen having sex on the grass near the back of Serra Park.

DRUNK DRIVING
Ortega Highway/5 Freeway (6:10 a.m.)
A white Chevy Silverado was swerving into oncoming traffic and slamming on the breaks.

Tuesday, June 10

PETTY THEFT REPORT
Alipaz Street, 32300 Block (8:28 p.m.)
A caller reported that their pink beach cruiser was stolen from their driveway by a man in a black baseball cap. The man reportedly threw the bike over a fence and rode it away.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON/CIRCUMSTANCE
Calle Santa Barbara, 26500 Block (6:48 p.m.)
A caller saw three people loitering near the garages and “talking amongst themselves.” The caller believed they were going to start drinking and using drugs.

CITIZEN ASSIST
Via Estancia, 27900 Block (5:04 p.m.)
A woman said her neighbor had surveillance cameras on his property. She said she “doesn’t like it.”

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT-NON INJURY
Ortega Highway/ Interstate 5 (5 p.m.)
A gold sedan and a white commercial van were stopped on a ramp. The drivers looked like they were going to fight.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON/CIRCUMSTANCE
Brook Court, 29500 Block (4:39 p.m.)
A group of three to four women were reportedly peering into a vacant house.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON IN VEHICLE
Calle Lorenzo/Camino Capistrano (1:46 p.m.)
A man, who dispatch had previously been notified of, was seen returning to his red Ford Explorer. He appeared to be on drugs and was talking to the sky.

TRAFFIC HAZARD
Ortega Highway/Rancho Viejo Road (11:01 a.m.)
A long-haired man in dark clothing was seen throwing road cones onto Interstate 5 from the Ortega Highway overpass.

Galano Way, 31500 Block (6:27 a.m.)
A man covered in blankets was sleeping at a development.

Saturday, June 7

WELFARE CHECK
Camino Capistrano/Doheny Park Road (11 p.m.)
A patrol check was requested for a heavy-set, shirtless man who was bent over. It was unclear if he was drunk or had a medical condition.

DISTURBANCE
Verdugo Street, 26700 Block (11:11 am)
Two people, who appeared to be homeless, set up camp by the ticket kiosk at the train depot and refused to leave.

A caller reported four men standing around his house. He thought they were suspicious because they were not from the area.

Del Obispo Street/Camino Capistrano (4:04 p.m.)
A drunken man was seen yelling in the street. The caller also thought the man had urinated in the bushes.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON/CIRCUMSTANCE
Alipaz Street, 32700 Block (3:18 p.m.)
A patrol check was ordered for a man who was seen skateboarding with a “stiff body.”

A caller reported a woman who was acting as a taxi driver but did not have a license.
