A group of men and women were walking up and down the street, laughing very loudly. The caller thought the women may be drunk and one of them lived nearby.

Two young women and one or two young men were seen smoking out of a pipe on a slope behind the mobile home park.

A woman in a black sedan, which appeared to be a new Jaguar or BMW, had her hand up in the air and was asking for help.

A patrol car was sent for a man wearing all-black clothing who arrived at the warehouses on a black bike.

A caller said their vehicle had been hit the day before in the train station parking lot.

A caller reported that fireworks were being set off and they could also hear a party near where the fireworks were coming from.

Authorities were alerted to a large hole in the road.

Two men were in a verbal argument inside Enterprise Rental.
