Californians Likely to Pass Props 1, 28 and 31

Based on the unofficial election results reported early Wednesday morning, Nov. 9, Proposition 1, the ballot measure to amend the state’s constitution enshrining the right to an abortion and contraception, as well as other measures to fund arts and music education in public schools and to ban most flavored tobacco products from being sold in California, are expected to pass.

More County Vote Centers to Open Saturday

With the midterm elections just days away, all of Orange County’s Vote Centers are set to open, starting Saturday morning, Nov. 5. Vote Centers throughout the county will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., on Saturday through Monday, Nov. 7. On Tuesday, Nov. 8, Election Day, the Vote Centers will open at 7 a.m., and give voters until 8 p.m. to cast their ballots.
