Lass Your Aff Off! Stand-up Comedy

On Saturday June 10th, the Z Playhouse welcomes the very funny Ron Ruhman, and you’re not going to want to miss the fun.
Ron headlines clubs, colleges, corporate and church events, throughout the United States and Canada. He has opened for many talented performers including Leon Redbone, Judy Tenuta, Shawn Wayans, Jimmy Brogan, Don Friesen, and James P Connolly, done audience warm-up on several productions including Castle Rock Pictures “Forget Paris” starring Billy Crystal, and appeared on numerous television shows including “America’s Funniest People”, Comedytime TV, KTLA’s Find Me a Comic, and COZI TV. Ron also just finished recording his first DryBar Comedy special.
Ron has been called a “High Energy Seinfeld”. He brings a very energetic style to the stage as he shares his interesting slant on day-to-day life in an act that is clean, smart, and very entertaining.
Joining Ron on Saturday June 10th is the hilarious and lovable Stephanie Blum! As a mother of three and former school psychologist, this street smart Brooklyn native rips into her favorite subjects including marriage, parenting, dieting and life in general. You may have seen her comedic performances on HBO’s COMEDY MINUTES or COMICS UNLEASHED with Byron Allen.
Stephanie appears in clubs and casinos around the country and as a featured headliner on the prestigious Holland America CruiseLine. She’s at well known venues such as Mohegan Sun Casino, clubs in Los Angeles such as The Comedy Store, Improv, Flappers, and The Ice House.
Also gracing our Lass Your Aff Off! stage in June for the first time will be funny man Steve Guentner! Steve has performed at clubs throughout southern California, Dallas and parts of the Midwest, including the Comedy Store and Flappers in Los Angeles. Steve also performs at corporate and private events as well.
Our big show on June 10th will be hosted by OC comedian Tom Riehl. In addition to performing comedy for over 30 years, Tom also produces comedy shows and events and currently hosts the popular Riehl Food cooking series on YouTube. Tom has performed at The Improv, The Ice House, Coach House, and Burt’s Chicken Shack on Rte. 22. He was also the winner on ABC’s America’s Funniest People.
