We just found out that Toulouse and Minou are to be discontinued from your paper. We have enjoyed these little cartoon characters since 2002 as they are kind, sweet messengers who teach a simple lesson to laugh more and worry less. We need those simple little nuances to remind us what a special place San Juan truly is! Please consider giving Toulouse and Minou a reprieve as they really do put a smile on all our faces.
