The Los Rios Rock School is inviting the community to enjoy ‘A Not So Silent Night’ this holiday season with an original musical production, written and performed by members of the school.
The show runs Dec. 9-10 and 16-17, and each performance starts at 7 p.m. at the Los Rios Rock School, located at 32124 Paseo Adelanto, Suite 5, in San Juan Capistrano.
The rock school’s director of curriculum, Dr. Clinton Haycraft, wrote the musical, which incorporates famous holiday hits from bands such as The Kinks, The Drifters, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Mariah Carey (to name a few). Event organizers said the production is a big deal for the school, as its the first time they’ve added theatrical elements to one of their shows.
Shows have limited seating, and all seats will likely sell out. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased online at www.losriosrockschool.tix.com.
