On Saturday, Aug. 12, Healthcare & Emergency Animal Rescue Team (HEART) will be holding a low-cost dog and cat vaccine clinic for area residents. The clinic will be held from 10 a.m. until noon in the front parking lot of City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
