The Orange County Mosquito and Vector Control District, and representatives from the Orange County Health Care Agency, will hold several town hall meetings to educate residents about invasive mosquito species—which have been found in nine Orange County cities— and Zika virus, and to facilitate an open dialogue about the potential for future aerial efforts to control adult mosquitoes.

Meeting dates and locations are: March 21 at 7 p.m. at the Norman P. Murray Community Center in Mission Viejo; March 29 at 7 p.m. at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center; March 30 at 10 a.m. at the City Hall in Laguna Woods; and March 31 at 7 p.m. at the Clifton C. Miller Community Center in Tustin.

More information is available at www.ocvcd.org. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP at bit.ly/TownHall_Aedes_RSVP.
