San Juan Capistrano Mayor Pam Patterson met with two former California mayors on April 12 at Silverado San Juan Capistrano Memory Care Community, where they reside. Patterson joined Mary Janney, a former mayor of Burlingame in San Mateo County, and Wayne Peterson, a former two-term mayor of Laguna Beach, for conversation about public service to the citizens of their respective communities, past and present.
