Feb. 5 marked the first day that high school student-athletes from certain sports could sign their National Letter of Intent, indicating their college of choice. At San Juan Hills High School, 10 students joined friends, fellow students, family and staff in a celebration of their academic and athletic achievements.

For the Stallions who committed, the day served as a launching point as they continue on to the next level.

Here is a list of the Stallion athletes, categorized by sport, along with their college choice.

Soccer

Ashley Cordero (University of San Diego) and Elissa Gonzalez (Mercy College, New York).

Baseball

Jacob Duhey (Doane College, Nebraska).

Softball

Sarah Ingegneri (Yavapai College, Arizona) and Brook Miko (Towson University, Maryland).

Volleyball

Justine Bowers (Webb University, North Carolina), Courtney McKeag (University of South Carolina), Mikena Werner (Claremont McKenna College) and Logan Zotovich (University of California Irvine).

Basketball

Abriana Conklin (University of California San Diego).
