The All-CIF honors for girls volleyball were announced on December 10. Here is the list of the San Juan high school athletes who made the team.
After claiming the Division 3A CIF title, the St. Margaret’s girls volleyball team was awarded a slew of first team All-CIF honors. Senior setter Ashley Torok was named the CIF Division 3A player of the year in her first year as setter for the Tartans. Torok finished the season with 902 set assists, 19 blocks, 48 aces and 131 digs. To go with her CIF Player of the Year award, Torok was also named the Co-MVP of the Academy League.
Tartan senior outside hitter Gigi Morally was also named to the first team, after a season in which she led her team in kills (367). She also tallied 214 digs and was named Academy League Co-MVP along with Torok.
Sophomore Peighton McRobie had a breakout sophomore season and was named to the first team All-CIF as well as first team All-Academy League. McRobie, an outside hitter, finished the year with 48 aces, a team-leading 313 digs and 329 kills.
St. Margaret’s head coach Susie Maga was also named the CIF Division 3A Coach of the Year.

After a successful season that ended with a loss to Hemet in the CIF-SS Division 4AA title game, two Warrior players were selected with first team honors.
Senior middle blocker Chelsea Duhs and sophomore setter/opposite Heidi Dyer were selected to the first team.
