On Oct. 22, Rancho Mission Viejo unveiled the final phase of homes in its Esencia community—the NorthWalk Neighborhoods.

Named for their location along the northernmost part of the Esencia village, homes in the NorthWalk are priced from the high $300,000’s to over $1 million. The first three of the nine new neighborhoods in total opened on Oct. 22—Modena by Meritage Homes, Vida by Del Webb Homes and Alma by Del Webb Homes.

The rest of the new NorthWalk Neighborhoods will be unveiled with a series of grand openings taking place through early 2018, according to Ranch officials.

Nov. 12: Azure and Cobalt by The New Home Company, Vivaz by CalAtlantic Homes

Dec. 2: Avant by CalAtlantic Homes

Early 2018: Reverie by William Lyon Homes, Topaz by The New Home Company

NorthWalk will ultimately include 752 attached and detached homes.
